  • Adequate level of Security and protection.

 

V. In which cases we may disclose your Personal Information and to whom?

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling our customers information to others.

  • To our employees, which need to know that Information in order to process it on our behalf and/or to provide the services available on our Website.

At present, we do not transfer Personal Information to countries outside the European Economic Area. If and whenever it is required to transfer such information to countries outside of the European Economic Area we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted by the applicable laws of Data Protection.

We keep your Personal Information to enable your continued use of our services, for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as may be required by law such as for tax and accounting purposes, or as otherwise communicated to you.

Please, have in mind that despite your request to us to delete your Personal Information, sometimes this Information may not be deleted if we are required to process it in order to comply with the applicable law.
