Shipping and returns

Shipping

We currently ship only to the countries from the European Union and Switzerland. We use DHL services and a standard shipping takes 2-3 days. A tracking number will be provided by email with confirmation that the order is processed.

Shipping cost is EUR7.00.

Our payment methods are bank transfer – an email with bank details will be sent at check out, or cash at delivery.

Returns policy

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any unwanted items that are returned within 14 days as of the day your request for cancellation had reached us. Please be aware that in order to process a refund or exchange we must receive returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, all items must be returned in a saleable condition – unopened and with the original products packaging. We will not be able to process a refund or exchange if the items are not in a saleable condition.

We provide pre-printed address labels on all orders that should be attached to the returns package. Please pack your return in the original Rose d’Or packaging (or equivalent) in order to ensure adequate protection. We do not cover any returns costs.

Once we receive the return and we ensure the items are in saleable condition, the refund will be processed without a delay. A confirmation email will be sent and funds will be transferred to your original payment method. Please contact our Customer Support if you would like the transfer to be processed to a different payment method. If you have used the option to pay by cash to the courier at delivery, we will contact you by email in order to request refund payment details.
