“We”/”Us”/”Our” refers to “Rose d’Or”
“User/s” means (a) user(s) of the website either collectively or individually as the context requires.

“Products” means any products offered for sale on this website

This website is provided “as is” and for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license or otherwise use content of this website for resale, redistribution or for any other commercial use.
You agree to not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, abusive, libelous or threatening or for the transmission of any virus or any other computer code, which are designed or likely to interrupt, damage, destroy any computer software or hardware or interfere in any way with the normal operations of the website.
By using this website you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
By using this website you signify your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve our right to suspend or cancel your use of this website immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we and/or our suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including without limitation – damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or the performance of this website.
In no event shall we be liable for losses that were not caused by any breach of our part, or any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable for both you and us when you commenced using our website and our services.
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have products sent within a reasonable time or to reprieve a refund if products ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.

All our products are plant based focusing on the use of organic ingredients and sustainable packaging.
Please note that our products are for cosmetic purposes only and have not been approved by any medical or pharmaceutical licensing body. It is your responsibility to determine that the products are suitable for you.
Any information and statements about our products available on this website are not intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.
VII. Newsletter sign up
To subscribe to our newsletter you must be over eighteen years of age and must ensure that the email address provided by you to us is correct and complete.
By subscribing to our newsletter you agree and accept to receive exclusive information about us and our products as well as information about our promotions.
VIII. Conditions of Sale
Ordering a product
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail").
Without affecting your right of cancellation set out below, you can cancel your order for a product at no cost at any time before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship only to the countries from the European Union and Switzerland.
We use DHL services and a standard shipping usually takes between 2-3 days. Shipping cost is EUR 7.00

Right of cancellation
If you are a consumer you have the legal right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, indicated by you receives the product(s) purchased. To exercise this legal right you may submit your request for cancellation on support@rosedor.co.uk or simply use the template of the cancellation form that you will find in your order.
The ordered product(s) should be returned to us to the following address: Republic of Bulgaria, 1113 Sofia, 20 Frederic Juliot Curie str., without undue delay and not later than 14 (fourteen) days as of the day on which your request for cancellation had reached us.
All costs of returning the product(s) to us shall be borne by you (unless the product is faulty or not as described – see below)
If you do not return the purchased product(s) within 14 days of your cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the product(s).
Please note that all products should be returned in their original packaging and in re-sealable condition. We reserve our right to reject your cancellation if the product has been unpackaged and opened and/or used or treated in any way that renders it no longer marketable to other customers due to health and safety or hygiene reasons.
Effects of cancellation
Once we receive the returned product and ensure that it is in good and marketable condition, we will refund all payments received from you, except the costs for the returning of the product (see above) without undue delay.
We will use the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please contact our Customer support if you would like the transfer to be proceeded to a different payment method. If you have used the option to pay in cash to the courier at delivery, we will contact you by email in order to request refund payment details.
We are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the product(s), if this has been caused by your handling it/(them) in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.
As you are a consumer we are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract (your order). As a consumer you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of cancellation (return and refund) or any other provision set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will reimburse the price of the products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the product to us.
IX. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Regulations relating to the rights of consumers.
X. Waiver.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms and Conditions.
If at any time one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions will be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
XI. Amendments
We reserve our right to change the provisions of these Terms and Conditions at our own discretion. We advise you to frequently check this page for any amendments.
Your continued use of our website after any change of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed as your acceptance of such change.
